Requirements:

• Love Laya products
• Practice movement in any form (traveling and drinking do count!)
• Like Laya on Facebook and Instagram
• Provide Name, address, email, facebook and instragam handle as well as any blog details, copy of any teachers certificates you own and a screenshot of where you are currently teaching (if applicable)
• Submit a photo with your Laya products on
