RETURNS
We want you to love your new gear! You have up to 30 days from your date of purchase to return your items. After 30 days, they will not be returnable or refundable so please be sure to check your items once they arrive!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer mailing address.
How to return
E-mail customer service at zoe@layaactivewear.com. Please include your name, order number and items you would like to return. After your email is received, we will send you the information needed to complete your return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Not all items are eligible for an exchange. Due to our small batch process, we may not have certain sizes or designs in stock. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Unfortunately, some things in our shop are limited time only and/or made to order. If you want to inquire about a return, email us at zoe@layaactivewear.com to check for options.
Shipping
Items in stock are shipped in 1-3 business days via USPS with tracking number supplied when the item has shipped. Special shipping arrangements can be made on request by emailing us.
